Giamundo Neto Advogados is a member of the ABCON Legal Committee, contributing to the discussions, debates and events involving issues of great importance for the expansion of private participation in public water and sewage services.
Comitê Brasileiro de Arbitragem (Brazilian Arbitration Committee)
The Giamundo Neto Advogados composes the Brazilian Arbitration Committee, integrating a select group of Brazilian and foreign experts in arbitration in the discussions, debates and events involving topics of extreme relevance to arbitration, an institute that every day gains greater importance in the legal scenario Brazilian.
American Bar Association
The Office is part of the American Bar Association, and some of its members are members of International Studies Commissions related to the Administrative Law and the Construction Law.
Instituto Brasileiro de Direito e Ética Empresarial (Brazilian Institute of Business Law and Ethics)
The Office is a supporter associate, in addition to having three of its partners as founding members of the Instituto Brasileiro de Direito e Ética Empresarial (Brazilian Institute of Law and Business Ethics). The entity is a reference in the study of Law aimed at promoting business ethics and, through it, the office engages in topics related to anti-corruption legislation, compliance, government transparency, among others.
Associação Brasileira de Consultores de Engenharia (Brazilian Association of Engineering Consultants)
Giamundo Neto Advogados is a supporting member and some of its partners are members of Sectorial Committees of the Brazilian Association of Engineering Consultants (Hiring Environment Committee, Ethics and Compliance Committee, Sanitation Committee, Energy Committee).
Movimento Brasil Competitivo (Brazilian Movement)
